June 10, 2020 12:26 pmULAC and ICEVI Latin America will organize Latin American Congress for the Blind, Expotiflo 2020 and respective Assemblies. The motto of the congress is “Our Organizations in the Digital Age: Connecting People and Rights, Santo Domingo will be the epicenter of Latin American typhlology.” The congress will be held from October 19 to 23, 2020 at Sheraton Santo Domingo Hotel, in Dominican Republic.
