Do you like to contribute towards raising awareness and learning around universal design, accessibility, and inclusion in public spaces?
WBU and City Space Architecture are partnering to publish a special issue of the Journal of Public Space at the 11th session of the World Urban Forum in June 2022. We now call for papers and contributions which evidence learnings and demonstrate levels of progress towards achieving public spaces that are accessible to and inclusive of all in line with development frameworks and human rights instruments. The call for papers, case studies, and viewpoints are open to academia, cities, urban professionals, Organisations of Persons with Disabilities and other CSOs. Deadline for submission of abstracts: 15 October 2021.
